2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, company size, topic, description of your question and availability.
• Guide launch notification: your email, if you choose to give it to us.
• Billing and payment: name, company, email and the billing information needed to issue invoices. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe.
• Project data: the information you share with us for the analysis (for example, bank statements, accounting or payroll reports).
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log technical data (such as IP address or browser) for security and site operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

• To answer your inquiries and schedule the free consultation.
• To prepare proposals, carry out the project and deliver your report.
• To issue invoices and handle payments and refunds.
• To notify you when the guides launch, if you asked us to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Payments with Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Khristallos does not receive or store your full card numbers. Stripe handles this data under its own privacy policy.

6. Service providers

We use trusted providers that process data only to deliver their service to us: Stripe (payments), Formspree (form submissions), Zoho (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). Some may process data outside your country, with the safeguards required by law.

7. Confidentiality of client data

Data you share with us for a project is used solely for that project, with restricted access. We do not share it with third parties unless required by law. When the project ends, we delete or return it as agreed; unless otherwise agreed, we delete it within 90 days of delivering the report, keeping only the billing records required by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request or maintain the business relationship, and billing data for as long as the law requires.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. No system is infallible, but we work to minimize risk.

10. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use or unsubscribe from our communications by emailing cristina@khristallos.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the deadlines set by applicable law.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date.
